Official registration guidance for eligible non-brick industrial consumers applying for coal e-distribution through BSMCL.

Applicants in other industry categories should select Other Industry while completing the online registration form on the coal e-distribution portal.

After online submission and document upload, the hard-copy documents listed below must be submitted for verification and activation.

Two-step registration

Other industry

Visit bsmcl.in or coaljunction.in and open Coal e-distribution.
Click Signup, fill the required details, and submit the form.
Use the user id and password sent to the registered email id.
Select Industry, choose Other Industry, complete the online registration form, and submit it.
Upload the required documents and accept the terms and conditions.
Save the confirmation email and filled PDF form for future reference.

Submit the following documents in hard copy for verification after the online registration is complete.

01Copy of PAN

02GSTIN Certificate

03IT Return of immediately preceding Assessment Year

04Bankers Certificate with the attested photo and signature of the applicant

05NOC (CTO) from State Pollution Control Board

06Recommendation from GM DIC, Industries Department, Govt. of Bihar

07Electricity Bill for last three months / Diesel Bill, if operated by Generator Set

08Entrepreneurs Memorandum (Udyog Adhar)

09Audited Financial Statement for last 3 Financial Years, in case of old entities

10Physical copy of online Application Form

11Sworn in Affidavit as per format available on website

12Two signed copy of Fuel Supply Agreement

13Any Government Identity Proof (Aadhar / Passport / Voter Id / DL etc.)

14Food & Drug Administration Permit (FSSAI License) for food product / edible oil and similar industries

15Copy of Board Resolution / Letter for authorization for Authorised Signatory, in case of company(ies) / Partnership Firm including LLP
